Introduction

This page primarily exists to assure you that we aren’t trying to steal or sell your information and to assure you that we try to follow the applicable laws surrounding personal information. In Short:  We only collect the personal information that you choose to provide to us.

This site is based on WordPress and uses various plugins to present information. This software may collect technical information such as the browser you are using, how your contact is routed on the internet, your ip address, and other information the software uses to veryfy useres and defend agaisnt malicious actors. As the owner and opperator of the site I do not have detailed knowledge about exactly what is collected nor do I ever accsss that information for SigTrent games.

Store Account Data. When you make a purchace from our store, you are asked to enter information such as a user name, email address, and other select data used to deliver the products in the store, to keep a record of your purchace, and to contact you if needed. This information is retained by the site’s database and is sometimes accessed by SigTrent Games staff.

Personal Information Provided by You. We collect data collected from surveys; purchase history; financial information (credit card number, purchase history, invoices); and other similar data.

Payment Data. We collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. 2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short:  We use the information you provide when making purchaces to deliver your download, keep track of sales, and to contact you in case of any issues related to your purchace. We may also use your email to send you promotional messages about new products we think you migh be interested in based on past purchaces, though as of this writing, that’s not something we have actually done.

The following are a list of ways we might use the information you provide to us in the future, depending on what features we add to the site.

  • To facilitate account creation and logon process. If you choose to link your account with us to a third party account (such as your Google or Facebook account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process for the performance of the contract.
  • To send you marketing and promotional communications. We may use the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt-out of our marketing emails at any time by notifying us by email.

No, the only people who will access information you share with us are the members of the SigTrent Games team who maintain and opperate this website.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

In Short:  WordPress and some of its plugins do use cookies and similar tracking data to provide analystical information about the sites use and the visitors it receives, to secure the site, and such.

The team at SigTrent Games does not specifically control, access, or manipulate this information directly. It is simply part of the function of th Wrodpress and the plugins used to build SigTrent Games.

5. DO WE USE GOOGLE MAPS?

In Short:  Yes, we use Google Maps for the purpose of providing better service.

This website, mobile application, or Facebook application uses Google Maps APIs. You may find the Google Maps APIs Terms of Service here. To better understand Google’s Privacy Policy, please refer to this link.

By using our Maps API Implementation, you agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service. You agree to allow us to obtain or cache your location. You may revoke your consent at anytime. We use information about location in conjunction with data from other data providers.

6. WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?

In Short:  We don’t control and are not responsible for any information you share with any website other than SigTrent Games that may be linked from our site.

We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the Services. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short:  The information you provide will remain in the database of this website for as long as the website remains in opperation.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short:  We try to follow best practices by only collecting information we need to serve you, and by keeping our site software updated.

In the event that SigTrent becomes aware of a security breach which has resulted or may result in unauthorized access, use or disclosure of personal information SigTrent will promptly investigate the matter and notify the applicable Supervisory Authority not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it, unless the personal data breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.

12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.

In Short:  Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.
